These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of minecraft-servers.co. By using the website, creating an account, submitting a server, voting for a server, copying a server IP address, or using any other feature of minecraft-servers.co, you agree to these Terms.

1. About minecraft-servers.co

minecraft-servers.co is a Minecraft server listing website. The site allows users to browse Minecraft servers, copy server connection details, vote for listed servers, and allows server owners or authorized representatives to submit and manage server listings.

minecraft-servers.co is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Mojang, Microsoft, Minecraft, or any of their related entities. Minecraft is the property of its respective owner.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of minecraft-servers.co after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the site.

3. Changes to the site

We may modify, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of minecraft-servers.co at any time. This includes public listings, voting features, rankings, search, account tools, server owner tools, banners, categories, moderation features, and any other site functionality.

We may also remove, hide, edit, reject, deactivate, or archive listings or content at our discretion, with or without notice, including where we believe a listing violates these Terms, creates risk, is inaccurate, is inactive, is low quality, or is otherwise not appropriate for the site.

4. Eligibility

You may use minecraft-servers.co only if you can legally agree to these Terms.

If you are under 13 years old, you may not create an account, submit a server listing, vote, or send personal information through the site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the site only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By submitting a server listing, you represent that you are the owner of the server or have permission from the owner to submit and manage the listing.

5. Accounts and login

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or using an account.

minecraft-servers.co may use email-based login, magic links, or similar authentication methods. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. If someone gains access to your email account, they may be able to access your minecraft-servers.co account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at [email protected].

We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these Terms, submit abusive listings, manipulate votes, create security risk, or otherwise misuse the site.

6. Server listings

When you submit a server listing, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. This includes the server name, IP address, hostname, port, Bedrock information, description, version, gamemode tags, banner, owner information, and any other submitted details.

You may not submit a server listing that:

  • You do not own or have permission to list.
  • Uses misleading names, descriptions, tags, banners, or player information.
  • Impersonates another server, brand, creator, person, or organization.
  • Contains malware, phishing, scams, deceptive links, or unsafe downloads.
  • Promotes illegal activity.
  • Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive content.
  • Encourages fraud, account theft, credential harvesting, or unauthorized access.
  • Distributes or links to unauthorized copies of Minecraft, game files, launchers, or other protected software.
  • Uses copyrighted material, trademarks, logos, artwork, or media without permission.
  • Misrepresents an association with Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, minecraft-servers.co, or any other party.
  • Violates Minecraft's applicable EULA, usage rules, community standards, or brand guidelines.
  • Creates legal, security, technical, or reputational risk for minecraft-servers.co.

We may reject, edit, recategorize, deactivate, or remove listings at any time. Approval of a listing does not mean we endorse the server or guarantee that the listing will remain active.

7. Listing quality and activity

minecraft-servers.co is intended to show useful, active, and relevant Minecraft server listings.

We may hide, deactivate, demote, remove, or require updates to listings that appear inactive, unreachable, low quality, duplicate, misleading, spammy, abandoned, or no longer useful to visitors.

We may use signals such as votes, recent activity, moderation status, player count, uptime, listing quality, category relevance, and other factors to determine whether a listing remains visible.

A listing may be deactivated automatically or manually. Receiving a new valid vote, updating the listing, or resolving a moderation issue may allow a listing to become active again, but reactivation is not guaranteed.

8. Banners and uploaded media

If you upload a banner or other media, you represent that you have the right to use it and allow us to display it on minecraft-servers.co.

Uploaded media may not contain malware, deceptive UI, impersonation, adult content, hate content, flashing or harmful visual patterns, unauthorized copyrighted material, or anything that violates these Terms.

We may resize, compress, convert, crop, reject, remove, or replace uploaded media where needed for performance, safety, formatting, moderation, or site quality.

9. User content license

You retain ownership of content you submit to minecraft-servers.co, including server descriptions, banners, names, tags, and other listing materials, subject to any rights owned by third parties.

By submitting content to minecraft-servers.co, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, modify for technical or presentation purposes, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and protecting minecraft-servers.co.

This license allows us to display your listing publicly, show it in search results, include it in category pages, resize or convert banners, create previews, maintain backups, investigate abuse, and preserve records where reasonably necessary.

You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this license.

10. Voting and rankings

minecraft-servers.co may rank servers using votes and other listing signals. Rankings may include current-period votes, lifetime votes, featured placement, moderation status, category relevance, server activity, server quality, technical factors, or other criteria we choose.

Votes are intended to reflect real user interest. You may not manipulate, inflate, automate, sell, buy, trade, or fraudulently generate votes.

Prohibited voting activity includes:

  • Using proxies, VPNs, rotating IPs, or other methods to evade vote limits.
  • Submitting fake usernames or fake votes.
  • Circumventing cooldowns or anti-abuse systems.
  • Offering misleading rewards for votes.
  • Coordinating artificial voting that does not reflect real users.
  • Attacking, bypassing, or interfering with vote verification systems.

We may reject votes, reverse votes, reset vote counts, remove rankings, disable voting, deactivate listings, suspend accounts, or permanently remove servers if we believe voting abuse has occurred.

We are not required to prove voting abuse to the standard of a court or legal proceeding before taking moderation action. We may act based on technical signals, patterns, complaints, logs, anti-abuse checks, or our reasonable judgment.

11. Votifier and vote delivery

Server owners may be able to configure Votifier or similar vote-delivery features.

If you configure Votifier, you are responsible for providing accurate connection details, public keys, ports, and server settings. You are also responsible for ensuring that your server is authorized to receive vote data and that your use of vote data complies with applicable laws and your own privacy obligations.

minecraft-servers.co does not guarantee that vote delivery will always succeed. Delivery may fail because of incorrect configuration, server downtime, firewall settings, network issues, incompatible plugins, invalid keys, queue delays, or other technical problems.

We may disable or limit Votifier delivery for any server if it creates errors, abuse risk, security risk, excessive load, or other operational issues.

12. Featured or promoted listings

minecraft-servers.co may offer featured, sponsored, promoted, or otherwise highlighted listing placements.

Featured or promoted placement does not mean that we endorse the server, guarantee its quality, guarantee player safety, guarantee uptime, or guarantee any amount of traffic, votes, clicks, joins, revenue, or performance.

We may reject, remove, pause, or modify featured placements that violate these Terms or create risk for the site. If a paid placement is removed because of fraud, vote manipulation, abuse, illegal conduct, misleading content, chargeback abuse, or another violation of these Terms, you may not be entitled to a refund.

Any specific payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms shown at the time of purchase will also apply.

13. Third-party servers and external links

minecraft-servers.co lists third-party Minecraft servers. We do not operate, control, moderate, or supervise those servers unless clearly stated otherwise.

When you join a listed server, visit a server website, join a Discord, copy an IP address, use a store, download a resource pack, interact with server staff, or communicate with other players, you are interacting with third parties at your own risk.

We are not responsible for third-party servers, websites, stores, Discord communities, downloads, plugins, rules, purchases, moderation decisions, chat activity, player behavior, security practices, privacy practices, or content.

You should use caution before joining servers, sharing personal information, making purchases, downloading files, or interacting with third-party communities.

14. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse minecraft-servers.co.

You may not:

  • Break or attempt to break the site.
  • Interfere with site security, authentication, voting, rankings, or moderation.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, dashboards, databases, APIs, or administrative areas.
  • Probe, scan, test, exploit, or attack the site without written permission.
  • Use automated scraping, crawling, bots, scripts, or bulk extraction without written permission.
  • Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial parts of our listings, database, layout, or site content to create a competing service.
  • Send spam, phishing, malware, malicious links, or abusive messages.
  • Use the site to harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, or abuse others.
  • Submit false reports or fraudulent claims.
  • Bypass rate limits, Turnstile, cooldowns, access controls, or other protective systems.
  • Use the site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

We may block IP addresses, limit requests, require verification, suspend accounts, remove listings, or take other action to protect the site and its users.

15. Moderation and enforcement

We may review listings, accounts, votes, banners, server data, reports, and other site activity for compliance with these Terms.

We may take enforcement action with or without notice. Enforcement actions may include rejecting content, editing listing fields, changing tags, disabling banners, hiding listings, deactivating servers, resetting votes, limiting account access, suspending accounts, deleting accounts, blocking traffic, or permanently banning servers or users.

We are not obligated to monitor all content or activity. Failure to act in one situation does not waive our right to act in another.

16. Copyright and intellectual property complaints

If you believe that content on minecraft-servers.co infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to review the issue.

We may remove or restrict access to content that we believe infringes rights or creates legal risk.

19. No guarantee of availability or accuracy

Server listings may contain inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or incomplete information. Player counts, vote counts, categories, versions, descriptions, banners, IP addresses, and other listing details may be delayed, incorrect, unavailable, or changed by server owners.

You are responsible for deciding whether to join, trust, purchase from, or interact with any listed server.

20. Disclaimer of warranties

minecraft-servers.co is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and reliability.

We do not warrant that minecraft-servers.co will meet your expectations, produce any specific result, increase server traffic, increase votes, improve rankings, generate revenue, deliver votes successfully, or be free from errors, interruptions, security incidents, or harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

21. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, minecraft-servers.co and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, rankings, traffic, votes, players, server reputation, or business opportunity.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to minecraft-servers.co will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless minecraft-servers.co and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your server listing.
  • Your submitted content.
  • Your voting activity.

  • Your violation of another person's rights.
  • Your violation of law.
  • Your server, website, store, Discord, downloads, plugins, or related third-party services.
  • Any dispute between you and users, players, server owners, staff members, or third parties.

We may control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with that defense.

23. Termination

You may stop using minecraft-servers.co at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the site at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the service, manipulated votes, submitted harmful content, or used the site in a way that is not acceptable to us.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections about user content licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and disputes.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of minecraft-servers.co, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or minecraft-servers.co must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction over the dispute and the site operator, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

25. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, invalid, or unlawful, the remaining parts will remain in effect. The unenforceable part will be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent while remaining enforceable.

26. No waiver

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
