Minecraft Prison servers are grind based servers where you have to mine blocks, sell what you collect, and use the money to move up through the prison ranks. When you first join, you usually only have access to a starter mine, plot, or the areas your current rank has unlocked instead of a normal open survival world like other gamemodes. Most prison servers also use tokens which can be used on pickaxe upgrades and custom enchants that can help you mine faster or break more blocks at once. As you rank up, you are also able to unlock better mines with blocks or ores that sell for more money. Some servers also include PvP arenas, PvP mines, player shops, plots, leaderboards, seasons, and regular resets to keep everything feeling fresh.
